Owner/Operator
JC
With over 30 years of experience in construction, JC leads Southern California Construction Co with a hands-on, detail-focused approach. He’s licensed, bonded, and insured, and has worked across all areas of residential and commercial construction—from planning and permits to final build and safety.
JC grew up in the trade as the son of a contractor, learning the work from the ground up. Over the years, he’s built a strong skill set across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction, with a practical eye for diagnosing issues and getting them fixed the right way.
More than anything, JC takes pride in being part of the community he serves. He’s not just running projects—he’s working with neighbors, local homeowners, and businesses he sees every day. That’s why the focus stays on honest work, clear communication, and results that hold up long after the job is done.
